My Why

Longevity is the art and science of living longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

I'd love to inspire people so deeply that they don't just change their own lives — they start growing the longevity field with me, and with the scientists, doctors, biohackers and healers lighting the way.

You don't need to be a scientist or a doctor. It's enough to start inspiring others — to become a longevity advocate. Together we can call on governments, institutions and businesses to support longevity science and build the structures it needs to grow.

The ultimate goal: to co-create a new culture with longevity, health and joy built in. Because what could matter more than more wonderful time with the people we love, in this beautiful world all around us?

From Brands to Longevity

Two decades building brands. Now helping longevity grow.

I love building and boosting brands — through marketing, PR, research and UX. As an advocate of new tech, a growth mindset and great design, I co-created successful brands and empowered people.

For over twenty years I lived in the world of brands — running top advertising agencies, at one point leading a team of around 80 people building the new digital field in Poland from the ground up, and working as a marketing strategist, CEO and CMO in robotics. I worked with some of the most renowned brands in the world and learned from them and with them: LVMH, Coca-Cola, Nike, Samsung, Sony, Danone, Nestlé, J&J, P&G, Orange, MTV, KFC and Burger King.

Then, at a conference in San Francisco on Extreme Future Technologies, I sat among scientists mapping the next 10, 20, 30 years: asteroid mining, orbital solar, cryonics — and longevity. That was the moment longevity took hold of my heart.

Right then I decided I had to be part of a field that changes the world for the better. First, all-in on longevity — to help us live at least 200 years — and later, space exploration. Now I put everything I learned into the brands that matter most: the scientists, the longevity field and the biotech companies working to give us more life. I've decided to become a Longevity Advocate and create the Live Beyond Project — and you can read the details about it below.

The Quest

A father & son quest around the world for the secrets of longevity.

On 15 August 2023, my then-17-year-old son Aleksander Piotrowski and I set off on a one-year journey around the world — visiting longevity clinics, Blue Zones, high-tech labs and top universities, and learning from over 100 of the field's leading minds. Two generations. Two views on longevity. One shared quest. We came back with the Longevity Map, unforgettable experiences, deep friendships within the longevity family — and a mission to empower everyone in the world with what we learned.

The Longevity Map

A helicopter view of the whole longevity field.

During the Quest I created the Map of the Longevity Game — one simple picture of the entire field, so that anyone can see how it all fits together and finally start to understand it. The Map became the framework for everything that followed: the movie, the book, and the educational platform I'm building.

It Takes a Village

To reach longevity in our lifetime, we need the whole village.

When we sent people to the Moon, it wasn't only the engineers. Whole cities grew around the mission; whole industries were born. Longevity is the same. We need scientists, doctors and healers — and we need coaches, communicators and media people, CEOs, CMOs, CTOs and COOs, investors, managers and logisticians. Everyone. The more people who join the longevity field, the better for all of us.

I chose to join as a communicator and storyteller — someone who knows how to build brands. My job now is to help the good guys grow: the people working every day to give us more life, and more good time together.

How We Get There

Two horizons of extra life.

A year on the road with the world's leading experts taught me not only the science — but how to put it to work.

+20–30 YEARS

With what we already know

We can add decades simply by implementing today's knowledge — into our own lives, into the medical system and into education — supported by the infrastructure and the environment around us.

+30–100 YEARS

With the science ahead

The tools of radical life extension are already here — gene therapies, partial cellular reprogramming, 3D bioprinting, xenotransplantation and more. They just need more testing, more investment and more people working on them, so we can reach them within our lifetimes — the point where research adds years faster than time takes them away.

The People Who Inspired Us

Learning from the voices shaping human longevity.

Not just interviews — most invited us into their homes, labs and universities: Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, NUS and beyond.

My Conference Reel

This is my conference reel, where I explain the framework of the Longevity Game and the Longevity Map.

Longevity is the game. Every day we make choices that either prolong or shorten our life. We just have to learn the rules, become a player, and start winning — then help the NPCs (non-playing characters) become players too, and change the world together.

Live Beyond — the film
The Film · Premiere planned for Q1 2027

Live Beyond Father and Son on a Quest for Longevity

Our feature documentary tells the story of the Quest — what we learned, what inspired us most, and how anyone can start their own journey. Narrated by Aleksander: a deliberate choice — if a teenager can explore longevity science, so can you. The film isn't out yet — its premiere is planned for the first quarter of 2027, opening the Live Beyond cinematic universe, to be followed by a series, podcasts and more.

Live Beyond — the book
The Book · Publishing Q1 2027

Live Beyond How to Win Your Longevity Game

A Longevity Game manual, built from our Quest and the knowledge of 100+ global experts — not yet published, releasing in the first quarter of 2027. It turns longevity into a game you can learn, play and win across five levels: the everyday Basics of mindset, nutrition and movement; Biohacking Upgrades; Radical Life Extension; the Bridge of Prevention; and finally Creating the Movement — because longevity only wins if we grow it together.

The book and the film are two halves of one story. All of it — the movie Live Beyond: Father and Son on a Quest for Longevity, the book, and the platform — is woven together by our journey and the Map of the Longevity Game.

The Heart of It
The most important things I learned on this journey, I learned from my son.

I learned so much from brilliant scientists and experts — and I'll do everything I can to help them grow. But the deepest lessons were about relationships: loving each other, supporting each other, growing together.

That's the true heart of our film, Live Beyond. And at our first press screenings, it's exactly what people respond to — the emotion and the story, not only the science.

The movie — the heart of the whole Live Beyond project — I created together with my son, Aleksander Piotrowski. That is priceless. And I wish for all of you the chance to build something like this, together with your kids.

A Little Personal

Why I'd love to live 500 years.

People ask: won't you get bored? Never. I want to live so many lives and experience everything. There's simply too much wonder to fit into one ordinary lifetime — so let's give ourselves more healthy time to live it.
